The Committee on Foreign Affairs recommends that the Parliament ratifies the Agreement on Loan (the Project of State Finances Modernization) between Ukraine and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development

The Committee members believe that implementation of the Agreement, submitted for ratification by the Bill (Reg. No. 0067), will bear positive social and economic, legal and financial consequences on the national scale due to the enhancement of State finance administration.

The Agreement envisages a loan in the amount of 50 mln.USD to be used for enhancement of the system of State finance administration in Ukraine.
